GMB Sandwell branch are proud to announce that our regional office have supported a newly created womens group.
The group, named BOSS (Birmingham Organised Sisters Society) is a working group and open to all female workplace representatives/contacts and members of the GMB, and is primarily a campaigning group but is also available to offer support to our female members, whether the support is needed at work or at home.
BOSS are currently focusing their attention on campaigning for the White Ribbon campaign, and following this years National Equality Conference where one of the BOSS members spoke, two further regions have expressed an interest in joining the campaign against domestic violence.
