IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Sandwell Children’s Services Meeting

GMB Sandwell Branch Secretary Darren James and Regional Officer Gill Ogilvie has met with members this morning following the indicative ballot which was conducted in November 2016.

SERCO Violence at Work – Survey UPDATE

Following a recent indicative ballot conducted by GMB, Unison and Unite to gain the views of our respective memberships against a TUPE transfer into a Trust, the following results have been gathered –

Members in favour of taking action against a TUPE transfer:

GMB 100%

Unison 97%
