GMB #SercoSandwellStrike Update –
Following on from emergency talks between Serco and GMB on Tuesday during the walkout of members, the remaining 3 dates of strike action have been suspended to allow further talks to continue.

Over 70 members of GMB Sandwell took part in Industrial Action yesterday (31st August 2021) against their employer – Serco.
After months of negotiations between GMB and Serco failed to reach a satisfactory resolution, GMB members walked out in the first of four planned 1 day strike days.

Workers at Serco in Sandwell have voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action over Health and Safety concerns and bullying in the workplace.
